Sep 20 2007, 8:06 PM EDT Okay, i was a skeptic, but there was enough positive incentive for these kids to work together (team challenges, town-level challenges, "income" and of course $20,000) that it will be interesting to see how that changes the dynamic around town. They are encouraged to work together, which is good, but there is an individual reward, as well. Good planning.. Do you find this valuable? |
